IBG Young Scholars Meeting: The Book as Cultural Artefact and Economic Good, Erlangen, 01.08. – 02.08.2013

Every year, the IBG (Internationale Buchwissenschaftliche Gesellschaft) hosts a conference that brings together scholars of the study of the book. This year in November, plagiarism will be the frame. In the past the association has held conferences on the topic of  the e-book, digital libraries, the children´s book and many other.

One of the features of the association is that i gives young scholars the chance to discuss their ongoing PhD projects and research findings on the annually held young scholars meeting. I am pleased that we in Erlangen will be hosting the meeting this year and I am looking forward to papers on the following aspects of the book as cultural artefact and economic good: Continue reading
